If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any New Generation product and we are notified within 120 days of the shipping date of your most recent order, you will be refunded the full price of that order (Shipping and Handling fees excluded). Only one (1) order per customer will be refunded. Please return empty bottles or unused portion with name and address used when order was placed.
